Terms of Service

Effective April 22, 2026

The small print for runfusion.ai, the marketing site for the open-source Fusion project. The Fusion software itself is distributed under the MIT License; these Terms apply only to this site.

1. The site

runfusion.ai provides information about Fusion. We update content, redesign pages, and move things around at will. The site is provided as-is; availability and accuracy aren't guaranteed.

2. The software

Fusion is distributed under the MIT License. That means you get it as-is, with no warranty — use it at your own risk. Read the full license and source at github.com/Runfusion/Fusion.

3. Third-party links

We link to third-party services — GitHub, Pi, Paperclip, Nous Research, and others — to credit the tools we build on and around. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

  • Scrape the site at a volume that interferes with others using it.
  • Try to compromise, deface, or probe the site for vulnerabilities beyond responsible disclosure.
  • Impersonate us, or use the Fusion name to imply endorsement you don't have.

5. Trademarks

"Fusion," the Fusion mark, and "runfusion.ai" are used to identify this project. The MIT License covers the software, not the marks. Please don't use the marks in a way that would confuse people about the source of a product.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll bump the effective date above and commit the change to the public site repository so the history is visible.

7. Contact
